Refund and Cancellation
vedikacare.com believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has, therefore, a liberal cancellation and refund policy.
Cancellation:
You can cancel the placed order.
Please mail to vedikacare@gmail.com requesting for a cancellation. We process the request within 48 hours, and you will not be charged anymore after that. You will be eligible for a 100% refund. (Please read the “Refund” section below).
Cancellation requests before shipping:
Orders can be cancelled by yourself by visiting the website, logging in to your account, navigating to “My Orders” and selecting the order # from “order history”. However, you can reach out to our customer support team by mail ti vedikacare@gmail.com. Our usual wait time is less than 7 Days.
Cancellation requests after shipping:
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. Please reject the shipment during the delivery and if the amount is already paid, reach out to customer support we will refund your amount.
Refund Policy (No Questions Asked Money Back Guarantee):
No refund will be given once product is reached and has been used. In between order processing, the refund can be claimed. please reach out to our customer support team by mail to vedikacare@gmail.com to claim the refund. For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed to the original payment mode and the reversing of the credits will take at least 7-10 business days.
Replacement:
If you think you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered and if the package is in a state where you can’t start using the product, please reach out to customer support team by mail to vedikacare@gmail.com. Your damaged item will be replaced with a new brand box with no additional cost.
